This is an Alligator Snapping Turtle. This is why you don’t go swimming in Florida rivers or lakes unless you can see the bottom.

#the person holding this turtle is actually in danger holding it even #if it chose- that turtle could stretch it’s neck to bite the hand holding it #they have terrifying long necks that can reach nearly anywhere around their body

No, that’s a softshell turtle you’re thinking of. Snapping turtles also have a pretty good reach, but not alligator snappers. Alligator snappers hunt by sitting on the bottom of a lake with their mouth open and a fake worm on their tongue wiggling around, and, when something comes and tries to eat the worm, they chomp its head off. They don’t need a long reach like a pursuit predator or sit-and-lunge predator would.

“The director of the first film, Andrew Adamson, was very focused on preserving real emotion, on seeing things for the first time, and having, like, a real sense of wonder.“

“So he didn’t actually show me the set of Narnia where the lamppost is until we shot it. I was blindfolded and guided into my place, and he told me to just walk around, that the camera would follow me.”

“And so I turned around and I saw it for the first time. It was in a studio but it was ri-dic-ul-ous-ly real. I couldn’t get my head around it. And so what you see is my real reaction to everything. It was incredible.”

On top of that, she had been close friends with the fella playing Tumnus and had not yet seen him in full costume. They were kept apart a few days before their meeting was shot so when she meets him and lights up? She’s seeing her friend for the first time in days and he’s also in costume.

See, this is where enforced method acting is okay and sweet and adorable.

Why artists and writers reblog their work multiple times:

  • They posted it late at night and want people to see it in the daytime
  • They want others to reblog it
  • They want more attention for it
  • THEY WANT OTHERS TO REBLOG IT
  • They have followers in different timezones and want everyone to get a chance to see it
  • THEY WANT OTHERS TO REBLOG IT
  • IF THEY REBLOG IT MULTIPLE TIMES, THEY’RE DOING IT BECAUSE THEY WANT ATTENTION FOR IT AND THEY’RE LIKELY NOT GETTING ENOUGH, SO THEY KEEP REBLOGGING IT IN THE HOPES THEY’LL GET SOME
  • BE A COOL BRO AND REBLOG
  • THEY’LL LOVE YOU FOREVER

“Bro why you keep reblogging your own work bro”
“BECAUSE NO ONE ELSE IS”

The same reason movies play in theaters for longer than one night.

The same reason art exhibits last for days.

The same reason music isn’t listened to only once.

Sorry to my followers for rarely using the “read more below” function as well.

Can people just enjoy movies because they personally enjoy them? Like fuck off with your negativity.

Good post. Taste is subjective anyway. I’m sure there’s a bunch of movies I enjoy that people call trash. I’m still gonna watch the hell out of them though.

Can we add this to any other entertainment too???

Yes.

You go and enjoy the absolute fuck out of that thing you enjoy.
