Unless you wanted to know how to make a kitten STOP meowing. There’s not much you can do about that, nor should you! Cats talk. If he’s meowing incessantly, it might be he wants something. Is it time for him to eat? Does he have clean water? Is his litter box clean? Does he want attention? Try following him and petting him some, and see if that helps or if he’s trying to lead you to something. If it’s not for any reason, he could just be a talkative cat.
