This is a very large school of catfish. Catfish, like most fish, are excited by the sounds and movement of other fish that are eating. Unlike most fish, they can breathe for a period of time out of water, and are therefore largely undeterred in their pursuit of food by being temporarily removed from water.

Basically, they’re all going “THERE’S FOOD” and then “WHERE MORE FOOD” at the same time.
