What happens when you pull scabs out of our nose?

The same as when you pull scabs off anywhere. It opens up whatever the scab was protecting. Try not to do that, you increase the risk of infection.

If you’re getting a lot of scabs in your nose/general uncomfortable sinuses, that’s because the air around you is very dry. Try a humidifier.

Also, Google can pretty easily answer this sort of question. You’ll get a faster response than waiting around for me.

Not your anon but I’m considering the value of a humidifier in my life (I used to just have fish tanks but fucking apartment complexes mang,) and am curious if they can humidify the air without making everything solid damp and or if they are viable in winter <69° indoors because I like my cheaper heating bills

I have a humidifier, and, yes, they do! I have this one https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07BB99WBR/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and I really like it so far. Keep in mind, I’m in a dorm room and this is pretty close to me, but it seems to work well. It’s nearly silent, you just hear a soft sort of fizzing noise if you’re right near it, and one tank of water lasts at least 8 hours.

I do recommend setting it on top of a large plate or something absorbent, it pretty much always spills a few drops when refilling. I have mine in an old frying pan.

It also has the nice side effect of somehow making an uncomfortably warm, dry, stuffy room feel slightly cooler.
