I’m off my depression/anxiety meds and taking a huge test today… any tips?

You should call whoever prescribed those meds and ask. You should probably also try to get back on those, unless there’s a medical reason you stopped taking them. Basically, consult an expert. I’d love to help, but I am not an expert.
