At best, they’re horribly misinformed and choosing to ignore good advice. At worst, they’re morons who should never be allowed to own a pet.
I.e. I have the sensible opinion.
feel free to ignore this ask if it makes you uncomfortable, but how do you feel about vegans who insist on having a pet which is primarily carnivorous and feed them a vegan diet? i’ve been coming across so many people like that and i cannot fathom choosing to harm an animal because you don’t want a herbivore pet
