Personal goals: 

House in Northern California or Oregon, an hour’s drive or less from the coast. A bedroom, a bathroom w/ a bathtub, a kitchen that’s large enough to function, a couple of closets, and two other rooms. 

Would absolutely love an extra room or two to rent out to help with house payments. Absolute best-case scenario would be a second story I could rent out. Won’t be using stairs. 

Backyard of at least 300 square feet, preferably a bit more. 

Quail. 

Chickens. 

Some terrariums, maybe one with a frog or two. 

8×8 or so greenhouse. 

Large indoor window to put plants in front of. 

Job that’s neutral-to-enjoyable and pays enough that I don’t have to worry about necessities and can save up for hobby stuff.
