Yellow-crested weedfish – Cristiceps aurantiacus

The yellow crested weedfish lives in Australia’s southern
waters. It does its best to look like a piece of kelp – including moving
like one. This individual was drifting back and forth in the surge at
North Bondi, in about 18 m of water.
