Packs of Lyca can sometimes be seen appearing to pray to/howl at the moon.

In reality, they’re yelling at the moon, telling it to not fuck up whatever they’re about to do. It’s more superstition than actual belief in any sort of moon deity. 

This is a species whose creation mythology amounts to “the moon is a jackass who threw our ancestor at the ground, causing us to grow from the resulting shards, and then cursed us”, so it’s not really any wonder. 

They don’t really do religion, not as a species. Individual groups have individual superstitions, but their planet has some very strange things that could be considered actual minor gods, and those are normal. They’re too practical, too rooted in doing things for themselves, to get too far into religion and worship.
