Do you know how long indian mud morays (“freshwater” eels) get? I got one a while ago and he’s in a 50gal and I read 3 different care articles and they all said different length and I was wondering if you maybe knew? Or knew someone who knows?

Seriouslyfish.com is generally a really good source, and they say he’ll get to about 2 feet long. Also, I don’t know if you’ve read this already, but apparently he’s a brackish water fish. 

If I were you, I’d keep an eye on Craigslist for a bigger tank at a great price. If you have the space, of course. An upgrade won’t hurt anything, whether he really needs it or not.
