I saw an awesome enclosure for a corn snake on here in a Christmas tree tub and I wanted to know if you know what kind of tub they got for their snake? I would love to do the same for my corn but there are tons of kinds of christmas tree tubs and i dont want to end up with something with less floor space than her 40 breeder.

As far as I know ‘christmas tree’ is the size. At least I’ve only ever seen one, standard size marketed as a christmas tree tub. I was going to say your biggest issue would be finding one now that the holidays are over, but walmart still has them on the website for sale. This particular one has an odd little lift up compartment in the lid, which might be neat if it closes/latches well, or if you can come up with a way to lock it. Otherwise, amazon has the model that doesn’t have the compartment for sale too.

You could try just going to a store or looking at the measurements online to find the biggest one you can locate, or at least the biggest one you have space for. As long as you have plenty of hiding spots so it’s not all open and exposed, you can’t have too big of an enclosure for a juvenile or adult animal. Babies should be kept in smaller enclosures to be sure they can find food, but if you’re upgrading from a 40 breeder I doubt you have a baby.
