When you can’t find homebrew gnolls that you like so you gotta make them yourself

A’ight you guys wanna see some Gnolls? This isn’t the finished product, but if you have any suggestions hit me up. I’m currently waffling on having Rampage as an ability or replacing it with something else! It’s kinda flavored towards my homebrew at the moment, but pretty easily to adapt.
