– drinking water

– meditation

– exercise

– improve your sleeping schedule

– eat healthily 

– socialize instead of isolating 

– force yourself to think positive thoughts

– go outside and look at some plants

– acquire things that smell nice (scented candles, essential oil diffusers)

– brush your teeth regularly

– shower regularly
