BMI is a measure of your weight relative to your height. 

It’s nothing but a measure of how wide you are related to how tall you are. 

It does not take into account varying ratios of fat to muscle, or the fact that muscle is heavier than fat. 

It does not take into account the fact that some people are just naturally wide-framed and some people are just really skinny-framed.

It is nonsense.
