nah p sure he did it because of Padme and Anakin. The clones wouldn’t give a shit, they probably walk around nude in the barracks.

Additional consideration: do male Nautolans have internal genitalia like seals and dolphins do? It seems to be a popular design for male aquatic mammals, keeping their junk stowed away until it’s needed. 

I figure the clones’ reactions to nudity are mostly “ah, neat”, they’re real casual about it since they’ve grown up being naked around each other.
