This can be a sign of several potentially very serious blood pressure issues! Look up “poor man’s tilt table test” and try it out, you might have A Thing. I did. 

Oh, I do have A Thing, this post is about my personal experiences with p.o.t.s!

I also have A Thing, orthostatic hypotension. It basically does the same stuff as p.o.t.s., except I can’t stand still or my blood pressure drops. Figured I better put that on there in case some of the (many) people reblogging it have this sort of reaction frequently and don’t realize that they have something wrong.
