HERBS AND ESSENTIAL OILS – Research them thoroughly before applying topically, ingesting or diffusing!
Do NOT assume something is safe because the packaging doesn’t say its dangerous, or because you grew it/its natural
ALL THINGS are made up of chemicals – some are good, some are bad; sometimes only parts are harmful, sometimes there are processes of making things safer and sometimes its best to let professionals do it and purchase a finished product, you are not less of a witch for doing so, its cheaper sometimes anyway.
CRYSTALS should also be researched thoroughly, many are water soluble, you can’t always wash your crystals with warm water and soap, make sure you read up on specialized care for each crystal type you have – don’t let a crystal dissolve in your hand, don’t let them sit out in the sun endlessly, some you would be better off purchasing to make sure they’ve been sealed to protect you and protect your crystal from corroding. Remember, everything is chemicals, even crystals and mineral rocks.
