first of all that’s not even entirely true, different parts of japan choose their own age of consent and generally it’s around 17/18

second of all, legal age of consent aside, if legality is the only reason you’re not sexualizing children in the US, you need to realize that you’re just a disgusting person and you maybe need stay away from children in any country
