Hi so my cat went missing like 5 days ago. He is an indoor cat and hasn’t been outside off of a leash before. We can’t find him anywhere and don’t know what to do. Any advice on how to get him home/ how to find him? Thank you so much

Find a bunch of items that have your scent and/or his on them. Favorite blankets, food bowls, carriers, toys, that sort of thing. Put them around the edges of your property, plus an item or two in nearby yards if you can, and go back regularly to check if he’s at any of those spots. Cats identify their surroundings by scent, so you need to give him familiar smells in case he wanders across that spot. If he smells himself and you on something, he should stick around.
