Listen if you wanna talk about the transphobia in the drag community lets talk about it. If you wanna address how rupauls and his show have encouraged this transphobia we can talk. If you wanna talk about the transphobia within that show specifically and how that has altered mainstream drag then we can. Or if you wanna talk about transphobia side connected to drag like people thinking trans women are all drag queens we can. but what youre not gonna do is sit up here and erase and misgender the trans women who are and were drag queens from the start of drag till now. Yall are not gonna sit up here and say drag is a “making fun of womanhood” or “just men in wigs” because that’s absolutely wrong to say. (Black) trans women have worked too damn hard to create something that we use a means of survival and safe expression for you court jesters to come up on this internet and say that dumb shit.

There are a number of trans women who are drag queens currently and in the past. This is exactly what i mean y’all are so stupid and transphobic. There is quite literally a drag queen who gave a speech about being a trans woman and a drag queen on tv just yesterday. Shut up.
